Bach canon BWV 1079, known as "crab canon" was designed to be interpreted backward or forward.
In the video, the Bach canon is played, and when you it reaches its middle point, the music is played inverted.
At that same point, we go from being "up" to "down" in the Escher scene.
If the video is played in a loop, it would be infinite.
